Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Informatika Berbasis Project Based Learning Untuk Siswa SMP Kelas VII

Abstract

The limited use of teaching materials, time allocation and methods used by teachers cause students to be dependent on the material provided by the teacher. This study aims to produce a Project Based Learning-based informatics learning module product that is feasible and effective in improving creative thinking skills for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Satap Plampang. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) development research using the Plomp development model. The subjects of this study were 10 seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Satap Plampang. Data collection techniques were through observation, interviews, tests, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results of the study obtained data that the development of Project Based Learning-based learning module products was categorized as valid based on the results of the media expert assessment, namely an average score of 96.2% and material experts at 99.1% with a very feasible category. In addition, the student response test obtained results from the small group test of 95.8% and the large group test of 85.3% with a very good category. It can be concluded that the informatics learning module product based on Project Based Learning is suitable for improving the creative thinking skills of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Satap Plampang.
