Pengaruh Penggunaan Fitur Pengelolaan Kinerja Pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar Terhadap Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Di Sekolah Dasar

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of using performance management features on increasing teacher pedagogical competence at Selang State Elementary School for the 2023/2024 school year. This research was conducted at Selang State Elementary School. This research is a quantitative research. The sample for this research is the teachers at Selang state elementary schools who have Id. Learning ID and access the independent teaching platform, namely as many as 10 teachers. This research used the One Group Pretest Posttest Design method. Data collection was carried out using instruments in the form of questionnaires on the use of performance management features and pretest and posttest questionnaires on increasing pedagogical competence. Before data analysis was carried out, a normality test was first carried out. Then analyzed using the 't' test with a sig level. (α) 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing using the "t" test assisted by the SPSS 29.0 application, a t value was obtained. = 3,160>1,833. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be said that there is an influence of the use of performance management features on increasing the pedagogical competence of teachers in elementary schools
