Pengaruh Modul Hypercontent Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMA Kelas X

Mastery of knowledge, 21st century learning places great emphasis on the development of high-level cognitive abilities, such as critical thinking. This ability is very important for students to examine problems, assess information, and make logical and systematic decisions in everyday life. This study aims to determine the effect of hypercontent modules on the critical thinking abilities of high school students of grade X. Using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of the study were students of grade X Science at SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Utara, X Science 1 being the control class and X Science 2 being the experimental class, each class with 30 students. The research instrument was a critical thinking ability test in the form of essay questions arranged based on critical thinking indicators (identifying problems, analyzing, evaluating, and concluding). Based on the results of the independent sample, it can be seen that there is a significant influence on students' critical thinking abilities with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the hypercontent module has an effect on students' critical thinking abilities. This study is expected to contribute to the development of innovation in the learning process and be a solution to the problem of students' low critical thinking abilities.
